Low-season week

The " low season " is from January to mid-June and from mid-September to the end of December, excluding school vacations and public holidays (in France).

During this period, the house is rented by the week from €2450 per week, excluding options and taxes.

Special rates are available for rentals of 2 weeks or more.

High-season week

The " high season " is from mid-June to mid-September, and all the year during school vacations and public holidays (in France)..

During this period, the house is rented by the week from €3400 per week, excluding options and taxes.

Special rates are available for rentals of 2 weeks or more.

Long weekends

The house can also be rented for long weekends, for a minimum of 4 days.

During these periods, the house is rented from €450 per night, excluding options and taxes.

Options and taxes

The only obligatory option is end-of-stay cleaning. It costs 150€ for the stay.

A wide range of options are available:

  • Linen rental (bed linen and towels),
  • Beds made up on arrival,
  • Extra cleaning during your stay,
  • Shopping done on arrival,
  • Hotel service (daily bed-making, daily housekeeping),
  • Catering service (shopping, meals).

The tourist tax is collected at the beginning of the stay, in addition to the cost of the rental. The cost varies according to the period and the number of people staying in the house.
